Registration,Field Trip and Hotel Reservation

Registration and hotel bookings will be possible starting after 15th July, 2002.
Please send in your requests early and help in better organization of the Symposium.

The Local Organizing Committee of GIS-IDEAS 2002 has decided that No Registration Fee will
be charged to participants and who have pre-registered for the GIS-IDEAS Symposium.

The Local Organizing Committee is also arranging for field trip during the GIS-IDEAS Symposium.
If you are interested in taking part in either of the field trip mentioned below please send
your request to the Symposium Secratariat before 10th September, 2002.

Field trip on 28th September (Sat), 2002

Plan A: 8:30-16:30    Field Workshop along Red River
                      (Charge USD 30, includes working lunch)
Plan B: 7:30-18:30    Visit to UNESCO World Heritage Site in Halong Bay
                      (Charge USD 50 includes lunch)

The payment for the field trip can be made at the GIS-IDEAS Registration Desk on
25th September, 2002.
