This year, GIS-IDEAS and Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment (HUNRE) cooperated in Ha Noi, Vietnam. We, HUNRE, are proud to present you with several places worth visiting when you stay in this fantastic city.

- Note the hot and rainy weather, so please bring your umbrella. But if you are sun-favor, a hat is still a good option.
- The currency is the Vietnamese Dong, please change some cash at the airport. It will be so much helpful.

Last but not least, HUNRE is not too far away from the center but still easy to find. All suggested hotels are quite close to HUNRE so you can easily take a taxi and public transportation to get to us. You can find the bus that regularly passes HUNRE here. In particular, bus number 05 stops every 15 to 20 minutes with a ticket price of 7,000 VND. And remember you have other options, like a Grab bike or Grab car, at a more reasonable price than a taxi.
